These simple techniques simultaneously create peace and harmony within us; and balances chaotic energy created by triggers and trauma. When we expand our Spiritual Presence, we naturally dissolve our challenges and transmute our blocks.

An will be identifying ways that we move in and out of Divine Alignment; and share the things we need to pay attention to, so that we are not self-sabotaging. Learn simple and fast ways to come into Divine Alignment; even when you feel like breaking own. What if it is possible to breakthrough anything; and increase your success and happiness, when you learn how to do this?

Looking to develop and strengthen your inner peace? Join instructor Jesse An as she takes you through this six part series exploring Inner Peace, Patience and Stillness, How to Handle Projection, Managing the Thoughts and Actions that influence our lives, How to Relieve Stress, Releasing Your Inner Judgment. Peace is an important part of our well-being. Learning the tools and techniques will be valuable on your path to self-awareness and finding stillness in yourself. Registration for all six is not a requirement, participants can choose one or all sessions that appeal to them. Please bring a pen and paper for note taking.
